Stewardship Commons Breakfast Conversation
Onions with higher solid content and vertical green cities are just some of the innovations helping Olam, Singtel and City Developments Limited push their capacity towards exponentially addressing the challenge of stewarding our global commons. At the Stewardship Commons breakfast on December 18, 2019, one unspoken ingredient during the panel must surely be leadership commitment to do well, do good, do right.
Great practical insights from Sunny Verghese, Esther An, Chia Boon Chong – who showed us what commitment from the top looks like, and Lise Pretorius from WWF-Singapore for sharing the “how” and the wealth of resources available from the Science-Based Targets network. Huge appreciation too to Singapore Sustainability Academy for hosting us, the AlphaBeta team for preparing the background report for discussion which is available here, and Fraser Thompson for moderating the session.
